H.Nuh Mehmet BÜYÜKBERBER operated under the name of Noah's Kebab from 1928 to 1969 and his mastery was appreciated. Ali and Niyazi BÜYÜKBERBER brothers also brought the famous Noah's Kebab and Kadayıf to this day under the name ADEMBABA without compromising on quality. From grandfather to grandson, it continues. We are pleased to make you taste the traditional taste.

Features: “The nerves and membranes of the sheep meat are removed, finely chopped and left to rest for two days. After the resting phase, it is cooked in a copper pan over wood fire. It is served with special onion salad and thin pita greased with meat juice.”
